Holistic Action Research and Development (HARD) is a registered society (Registration No. R.S. 2466 dated 8 March 1999) working for the development of tribal and marginalized communities in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. We operate with FCRA registration (063600004) and are registered under 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act.
Eligibility
Participation in HARD programs is subject to eligibility criteria specified for each program. We reserve the right to determine eligibility based on our assessment of needs and available resources.

All beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders engaging with HARD must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which includes:

Termination of Services
HARD reserves the right to terminate services to any individual or group in case of:

- Non-compliance with program guidelines
Donation Policy
All donations to HARD are subject to the following terms:
- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
- HARD is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (AAAH1911L24BP01 valid from 2025-26 to AY 2029-30)
- Tax exemption certificates will be issued for eligible donations
- Donations are utilized for charitable purposes as per the objectives of the organization
- Financial reports are available for public scrutiny as per legal requirements
Fund Utilization
HARD commits to utilizing donated funds responsibly and transparently:
- Maximum 15% of project funds may be used for administrative expenses
- Program funds are allocated as per donor specifications
- Unaudited funds are subject to annual statutory audit
- Donors may request project-wise utilization reports
Intellectual Property
All content on the HARD website, including text, images, logos, and documents, is the property of HARD or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Severability
