HARD operates in some of the most remote and tribal-dominated regions of Central India, focusing on Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Scheduled Castes (SC) communities. Our interventions span across 5 districts in two states.

Based on our successful models, HARD plans to expand to additional districts with similar tribal demographics and development challenges. Priority areas for expansion include:
- Additional blocks in existing districts for deeper penetration
- New districts with high tribal population and low development indicators
- Urban slum areas with migrant tribal populations
- Cross-learning with other NGOs for replication of successful models
